Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
Ground floor retail for 1 shop. On levels above, 3 floors with 3 apartments.

Furniture is already bought, it is just to put them where most suitable and curtains for sliding doors or what would work best which is my biggest problem. Laundry room to finish
