Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Currently sqm ground level, would like external to an upper level, est -sqm
3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, 2garages
I would like to close one door and add a window, close two windows and add a sliding door. Also make toilet and bathroom into one room. Add veranda in front of the sliding door. The architect would need to make it beautiful so that it looks like it was always meant to be like that
We wish to start a project for a double storey extension with a refurbished garage and pool . We would need 3 rooms above as well several requirements below based on what is doable.

This is a bit of a mixed request. We have a lot of space, but I am not sure how to keep it well organised. I have a 3 and 5 year old, so the house needs to be functional and safe, with no frills that I am unable to maintain. The kids spend most of their time indoors, as outside is not adequate for unsupervised play. We require set up of office space (for work from home), some organisation of my hobby & craft space, storage space and my kids' bedrooms. We also have a space which the previous owner used as a hair salon, which we are wanting to turn into a gym space (child friendly), however this section of the house will require some building work, as it is not properly waterproofed. There would also be some miscellaneous maintenance work required.
Want to remodel because garage is single and require a double garage. Driveway is far from main entrance, want a remodel. Thanks
