Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
I am looking for someone who can design simple plans for small footprint homes ranging from 18 m² to m². I want to use them to get approval at Municipal level. I need my plans to be separated into 4 x phases. Foundation, structural, roofing and electrical/plumbing. They must also have the detailed quantities of materials for each phase. I have the basic designs. I have about 7 designs to start with and will be adding more as I expand.
Good day, We had some renovations done, removal of tiles etc., so everything is a bit dusty. We will need the walls to be washed before painting. Basically we have 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, 2 Sitting rooms, passage, 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms and one sitting room have carpets, the rest is tiled. Thanks a million
We are looking to add a flatlet onto an existing property. 72sqm is estimated size. 1 or 2 bedroom (with dressing room), 1 full bathroom, kitchen open plan to lounge/dining area. Please include plumbing, electrical, sewerage connection to municipal line. Does the rate per sqm also include for fittings, eg. sanitary ware, lights, kitchen sink, gas stove, electric oven, butchers block, geyser, etc?
There are currently small renovations such as door installations and tiling that is happening in my home currently so I will not be able to take calls. My house has two standing roofs joined by parapit. Between these roofs there is a flat roof joining them with a very slight slope and lots of leaks. Need to waterproof parapit joint and flat roof section. IBR standing roof and corrugated on the flat section. I am not very connected phone wise. Email or WhatsApp works best.

Empty house, family moving Thursday/Friday , looking for basic post occupation clean before move. 3 bedrooms (2x spare rooms with built-in cupboards only), 2 bathrooms, dressing room - no cupboards, study, lounge, dining room, reception, kitchen with cupboards, pantry with a few shelves, scullery, indoor entertainment room and bar area, outside toilet. Floor vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen work surfaces and cupboards cleaned, windowsills wiped, all cupboards wiped inside. All flat surfaces wiped down.
We are having a problem with our neighbors. They are cutting down the trees from our yard and we need advice on landscaping and how we can rearrange the trees and correct the garden to suite everyone's preferences. I would also like to add a turtle pond to the garden for an animal we recently had rescued.
