Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I need plans for a house on 3 levels, bottom should be a double oversized garage with storage in the back and a large rumpus room to the right with a mudroom on this level. The middle floor is the kitchen, living, dining area. I want a butler’s pantry and a powder room and a large deck that will form a carport over the garage doors. Top floor I want 3 bedrooms and a study with ensuite and walk in robe to the main bedroom and a second bathroom. The land has a slight slope so the bottom floor we would like to build in to the ground slightly. A Rough drawing is attached.

We building with blocks at our house, we taking the board off that was first a frame work for our house. We changing some of the inside and also want to build a room upstairs. We don't have a plan for it , and it's at the back of the main house in the yard.
