Our house has burned down. And we need to rebuild or get alternative housing on the property. We need a 6 bedroom house, with a kitchen and bathroom. No lounge. Bedroom sizes should all be the same 4m X 4m and the 2 bathrooms 2m X 4m and kitchen should be 4m X 10m. Please will you quote me on this.
Specification attached. The existing park home sizs is 20.5M x 3.7M with two doors. 6 big windows & 1 small windows for the existing ablution fa ility within the clinic. It must be divided into half, one section of the facility will remain as a clinic & the other one will be modified into extra ablution facility for both Males & Females. We are still in the planning phase to build on an erf we bought in Murdock Valley in Simon's Town. It is on quite a steep slope in Rocklands. To aid our planning we are looking for a rough estimate cost per square meter for average & luxury home prices (double storey up the slopes) - excluding the cost of excavations and retaining walls required. There is a road adjacent to the plot so should be easily accessible. We are just looking for a rough estimate and a potential price range to work with for our planning.
