I want to deregister a trust at SARS, I have the masters office confirmation that the trust has been terminated. The trust bank account has been closed and have all resolutions that the trust has seized operations. Have the financial statements up until and require a 'last and final' financial statement for the trust. The last payment was a local dividend and transferred to the beneficiary.

So, the storeroom light stays on all night which is a waste. As do all the garage lights as well. • We need to separate the Storeroom light switch from the timer so it can be a standalone switch. • the communal area is the one that needs to go on a daylight switch
We live in a VERY old house - almost years old. Our wooden floorboards have been almost completely destroyed by time, neglect, and wood borer. Previously, my mother was staying in the house and was advised that she'd need to sand the floorboards down to bare wood before exterminators could come and pour poison down but she only had a weekend to do it so all the remaining boards have been very poorly sanded with a hand-sander. We are asking for quotes to just do the kitchen for now as there is a big hole where the boards have snapped - but over time we hope to do the entire house when we can afford it.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. Need a carport of dimensions avg .7m length x 3.7m - please see also sketch.
