1) No water coming out of en-suite shower head or sink tap, opened fully it just drips. All other taps / mixers work perfectly in the house. 2) Kitchen sink, takes very long to drain but eventually goes through. Possibly the pop-up plug is fitted incorrectly causing an obstruction.

Guy damaged water pipe from original shower to w/machine when chopping. He fixed it. (I think not) and now, mould patches evident and wall is swelling.
