We are still in the planning phase to build on an erf we bought in Murdock Valley in Simon's Town. It is on quite a steep slope in Rocklands. To aid our planning we are looking for a rough estimate cost per square meter for average & luxury home prices (double storey up the slopes) - excluding the cost of excavations and retaining walls required. There is a road adjacent to the plot so should be easily accessible. We are just looking for a rough estimate and a potential price range to work with for our planning.

We would like the easiest and most affordable solution to keep our 2 miniature (escape artist) Yorkies within our garden walls without them potentially getting hurt.
