We’ve been in a relationship for the past 4 years. We’ve been experiencing a few relationship issues that have to do with transparency, finances and plans for the future. We recently did an exercise where we asked eachother questions to clarify certain things we were struggling with. This should give you an idea of where we at. We have a 2.5m by 3.5m bathroom that needs to be renovated as the current fittings are in excess of 20 years of age and tiles are falling off the walls. So we need the bathroom to be rearranged in so far as replacing the current bath with a corner bath in the left top corner and including a toilet in the right top corner and leaving the shower and basin where the are. Shower needs new piping. Toilet would need piping to flush. Bath pipes to be moved to where needed. All floor and wall tiles to be replaced and tiled top to bottom. New ceiling to be installed.

Id like to re-do our garden we did it 20 years ago and over time our tenant failed to maintain and look after it that now it looks like a barron wasteland. grass is full of weeds one section was paved over and would like to redo it with grass. I need some guidance on a performance management system. I only do performance reviews once a year, due to how time consuming it is. I would prefer to do them quarterly, but for that I need a better process. My focus is on our finance function, but I also have to Manage our HR function. Time constraints causes me not to focus enough on performance management. It would not be feasible to employ a full time HR manager. Our Payroll are sorted, and we have Labour consultants to deal with any employee situations. I am only looking to improve our Performance Management.
