We have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom home. My parents room does not have a bathroom, but the room is flush against the the backyard, so it would be perfect to have a bathroom with a shower/toilet/basin lead out that way. Then, we have built an outside structure(no plans), where this is being used temporarily as extra indoor space, very small, enough for a desk and 3/4 bed. Here we would like to create a proper structure thereby creating another room with a sliding door that leads out to the yard.
