Each runner should be 3m x 1m and should be a good quality red carpet (not mottled in any way), with a fabric or canvas type edging that will last and make is sit well on the floor after being rolled up for storage. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. I have two areas with parquet flooring - 1 off approx 36sqm and the other 15 sqm that is partially sanded and sealed. I want to resand and reseal both these areas. No skirting required. Please quote these 2 off areas separately. I also need informaiton on the drying/curing time in which the area cannot be used.
