I sold my company to a JSE listed company in . I had to do a 3 year earn out. During this period I introduced them to a friend of mine who wanted to sell his company. They bought his company in and when I asked them for a commission they told me as I was ‘working’ for them they were not obliged to pay me anything. This has been bothering me for some years. What is your take on this?
Hi- I'm busy with a legal issue since - outstanding amount of , for commission owing. Just require a 2nd opinion. We have been awarded 2 pre trial cases with costs for advocate fees. Case cannot continue till I pay advocate 30 upfront for next case.- or for my lawyers to set up a court date. I am the plaintiff- my ex principle has continuosly been using delaying tactics. My question is- are there any advocates that would take on a case like this pro Bono? The odds are in my favour. Please advise. Thanks

Hello 👋 The agent changed the lock my apartment while I was not around, and fortunately he forgot to lock the door after changing the lock. I found my apartment opened and my laptop got stolen. The agent is denying is not the one who changes the lock but the security guard confirmed he's the one who was in my apartment. Assistance please.
Tenant not paying rent on time consistently. Sent them a notice of breach per the lease agreement to be settled within 7 days. They only part paid the rent. Will enter the 20 day period for subsequent remedy. Would like a formal letter to be sent to either pay the rent or vacate the premises on termination of the agreement.
I was married incommunity of property, as per our court decree the house and furniture was supposed to be sold, and proceeds to devided equally, we didn't sell the house, however my ex re-registered the house into to her and her husband's name without my concent and knowledge, now there's a double registration on the house and a double title deed.

The debtor also promised to sell their house and signed another AOD to that effect, but frustrated their own chosen estate agent. Case Background: This is one of 7–8 cases where summons have already been issued. We were on the verge of obtaining a default judgment when the "fraudster" pleaded for an opportunity to negotiate a new payment plan. As part of this arrangement, they committed to selling their house, and a new Acknowledgment of Debt (AOD) was signed, explicitly including this promise. However, they later frustrated the process by obstructing their own chosen estate agent. Given this, their request for a court-sanctioned sale of the property is no longer a viable option. Outcome Sought: We request that the court proceed with selling the property on their behalf. Payment: 1) 15-20% Profit share + very marginal or small admin fee by lawyer 2) Normal Payment
My father married a woman while sick in icu , she’s been saying that …. No one in a family member was a witness….. my dad passed on and the woman have been living in my father house with her kids , chased out some of my father's children. Now it been years she’s been trying to sell the house without anyone in a family member agreement. She’s saying she’s got 65% shareholder rights and 6 of us , have less percentages.
