We are in the process of buying a house and need to do renovations. Currently the bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen and lounge upstairs, we want to swop it around for the kitchen and lounge to be downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs 3 bedrooms walls need to be broken down, upstairs it's already an open plan so walls need to be built for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ceilings. This will be a two-phase project or activity. The first one to be delt with, will be a front part of the yard.... followed by the back yard where there is a swimming pool. MORE SAND /SOIL, STONES might be required, if necessary, to make up proper levels because both front and back yards were not properly levelled.
