Simple practical design, the budget for the build is R2million. I want a double story house. The top floor should have 4 bedrooms. One en-suite bathroom and two small bathroom. The ground floor should have one bedroom, a tv area, dining area, kitchen, scullery, enclosed patio area, and bathroom that has toilet & basin. Double garage. Outside toilet & basin also. I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again.
