We are finalizing a purchase of a 3 bed plus extra room that can be used as a guest bedroom. Currently there are 2 bathrooms and an external toilet. We would like open up the sitting area to connect with an open space which we would like to convert it to our new dinning. Then convert the current dinning to our kitchen and the current kitchen to an extra bedroom, extra bath and also make space to increase size of the current bathrooms. Remodelling our current study (which is attached to our bedroom) to a decent size walk-in closset with a study section. The other extra room part of it will make space for a laundry room add the rest will be used as entertainment/playroom and/study room. We would also like to add a one room domestic (stand alone)with a shower and a toilet.

* I am planning to build a 3 bedroom house in Lesotho. Preferably I wanted a double storey house but upon reading some articles on the internet I heard it's a bit expensive than single storey house so I resorted to single storey house. While checking some sample plans on the internet I came across a sample that I think it's closer to what I want. I have attached that sample plan althogh I with to make some modifications on it. Good day. I would like a cost estimate for architectural plans to construct 9 apartments on a sqm plot. There is a sqm house currently on the erf which will form the basement 7 bay parking area, laundry room and "club house" with 4x70sqm (2bedr) apartments on 1st floor, 2xsqm (3bedr) and 2x60sqm (1bedr) apartments on 2nd floor and sqm (4bedr) "penthouse" on 3rd floor.
