We are looking to have a 6x6 carport installed. Loose standing. We are unsure of the type but it seems the shade nets are popular in mosselbay and not sure why so a recommendation could be provided. Obviously cost would be an issue and also time to install. Also do we need building plans approved>?
The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof.
