It is currently a roller door(old and worn), and the gap above the door does not allow for a folding door. So I need a replacement roller door, powder-coated white. Quote with and without a motor, as we already have a Digidoor motor for the current door. Plans were submitted and approved. An engineer has been appointed. Want to remodel (break down 2 walls and refurbish existing bathroom) sub economic house and add an upper level consisting of a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a pyjama lounge.
