Hi I am looking for a regular maintenance contract on a residential property at Hephzibah shareblock - located on the Zusterstroom road 44km outside of Witbank / Emahlahleni - on the Verena road. Periodic site visits to check on the property, preventative maintenance and repairs as required. Regards
Our garden is a bit untidy and our grass is a mess. I need the grass brought back to life and the garden cleaned and shaped properly before I can start adding more plants. There are 6 plant boxes that my dad built and that soil needs to be redone. We also have a tree that I need cut down to size. The garden is not huge but does require some attention.
My boss has a farm house in Magaliesberg just off the R (Koster Road). He is looking for a quote on an epoxy resin floor, its two small jobs. Job 1) sloping shower floor (is it possible to do a slopping floor?) about 3 sqm; Job 2) a flat bathroom floor about 4-5 sqm. Once we have price we can discuss colour options but it will be a standard neutral colour. I also want clearing/weeds growing between paving, there must be no lawns but small area outside the pavement between fence and street where weeds grow. Looking for a vegetable/herb garden and to beautify a small brick paved area. Experience required with herbs/vegetable gardens please. Images of space below. Walkway required to get to laundry line. I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.
