There was a leak detection company who informed us there is a leak in our unit.

The water flows straight underneath the concrete walkway to where it rises next to one of the outside taps. The leak don't appear to be from the premises itself, as there is no indication of water usage on the water meter.

I think the toliet is leaking, I keep cleaning it, used drain unclogger, but keep getting a horrible smell from the toilet.
