Hi We would like to extend one side of the townhouse out by about 2 meters. It’s the side of the house with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and main bedroom so this would be making these rooms bigger. Please see attached photo. We would like to add a covered patio with built in braai stand on the other side of the house which would be approximately 6 x 2 meters. Please see attached photo of where the pool would be. We need the building plans latest by Friday 13 August. We are going to the property on Wednesday 11 August at 5.30pm. We would like the person who will make the building plans to join us for this appointment to view the site and take necessary details/ measurements in order to make the necessary building plans and give a more accurate quotation for total cost. The building plans will need to be detailed enough for review by the body corporate. Please see the attached photos of what we have in mind.
