There are two projects. 1. Remodel/renovate an existing cottage (30sqm). 2. On top of garage + existing cottage add another cottage (45sqm).

The other unit will be three bed, one full bath, open plan kitchen living and dining area. Single garage and open patio/ braai area. Approximately 92sqm.
