Hi. I would like a quote for an end-of-tenancy move out. Three bedroom townhouse, double story, all tiles. 3 bathrooms, 1 full, one on suite and one that's just a toilet. Outside brick quad that will need some pressure cleaning. double garage. three blinds in total, rest is curtained (eyelet). Full kitchen with stove and oven and cupboards. Three ceiling fans. Floor to ceiling bedroom cupboards. Thank you,
Attached a few pics I took today, but in a nutshell: The goal is to extend and replace our current driveway into the garage. Looking at polished concrete as the garage currently is concrete if I'm not mistaken. The garage dimensions are 10mx4m and the driveway is around 13mx9m. The current driveway is tar, the garage is concrete.
1. Change position of toilet 2. Change position of sink 3. Change position of shower head 4. Change position of washing machine 5. Replace old geyser with a more efficient geyser - either instant water heater with pump or gas geyser if possible. It’s a very small apartment so need to maximise space.

Good Day, I am looking to get some advice. My partners are looking to "buy" me out of the business I own 25% shares in. They claim I have not contributed what I have agreed to in the business and now are saying I have two options. 1. for them to pay me out R1 and I leave the business. 2. if I am to stay on I need to contribute capital, which they did not disclose an amount. There are 4 partners each owning 25% stake in the business. I have been contributing to the business even more so than my 2 other partners, the partner who sent the email, contributed the capital for the business as an investor. My contribution is to put in the work towards the business and I have been doing so since the business opened in September . I was promised a monthly salary to run the business and they only paid me for one month. Now they are saying I haven’t done what I agreed to and want to push me out of the business. Please find attached Document send to me on Saturday

We are planning to add a fireplace and chimney to our current living room. We have already obtained the building plans from CoCT. The service required is simply to update these existing plans to include the new chimney/fireplace, as we are not undertaking any additional building work. Hydrofire will handle the installation.
I want to transfer an RDP house to my brother's daughter. My brother was not married and daughter is using her mom' Surname. The house is still under my brother's name. My niece is staying in the house with few tenants. Electricity has been bloked by municipality and they want the owner of the house to Pay the Bill. My niece is not working. But firstly we need the house to be transfered to her. The court says the house costs R 00 so it cannot be transfered without the assistance of the lawyers.
Roof looks if it has sagged a bit from outside view. It is leaking between the layers where the tiles over lapse each other and the water leaks on the wooden beams on the inside which i am worried about that it may causes rot. I want to maybe put a claim in with Santam but they said i must get someone to inspect it first and a report must be handed in to motivate the claim
I have a 3 bedrom house with 3 adults, my basic enegry need is for Refrigerator, Geyser, Washing machine and small appliances like microwaves... So I need grid tied solar system that can help reduce the electricity bill for me. I have a budget of up to 50k for the initial solution, so I need something that is more scalable. Please let me know if you need more info.
