What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

Need alterations to my building plan attached, and final product to be :- Upstairs: Master bedroom with closet & Ensuite 1 x Bedroom with bathroom Lounge / Living room Balcony Downstairs: 2 x Normal bedrooms Kitchen Dining room Bathroom Laundry Double Garage
3 bedrooms , 1 ensuite bedroom , 1 bathroom ,1 kitchen ,1 lounge , 1 dinning room ,1-double garage .
4 cluster homes to be developed. SDP plans have been approved. I urgently need final plans to be drawn and submitted.
