Hi There! So, I have a one bedroom unit, that already has a concrete slab on top to build up, so I just want to build the same unit on top of the existing one. So it will be 4 exterior walls, 2 interior walls for the bathroom on the one corner and obviously windows and a sliding door..and then a flat roof that I can turn into a patio. Thank you.
