I would like to get plans for Car port
The property is not very big. I would like to knock down a wall in the main bedroom to make space for a small bathroom, change the tiles in the house, change the bathroom and kitchen design, add new kitchen cabinets, remove the wall that divides the kitchen and lounge area add a front patio.
Looking for someone to advice me on whether what I want is possible on the land I have.

I would like to close a veranda that leads out of my main bedroom so that it form part of the main bedroom, At this stage its unused area and would like to incorporate it as part of My main Bedroom. We are looking to design our new office building. We are a tech business and wanted something trendy but practical to build. This will be a Ground + 2 building totalling approximately 1, Sq meters of office space. We have a single story building on the premises but will likely demolish this building as it's old and we are not sure of its structual integrity.
Apartment consists of five rooms. 4×5sq meter each and they make an L i.e. 2 and 3.
I want 8 flats in total, 4 down stairs and 4 up stairs.
