How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
Two houses, approx, sqm each. Just looking for a price for the plans (I will supply First draught), energy certificate and optional submitting (but I can submit if too expensive) There wont be any changes from the sketches/draughts provided.

We have drawn out a basic layout as a guide for what we would like. The design is a triple garage (9m x 7m, no internal walls) with a 2 bedroom flatlet above (following the outside walls footprint of the garage.) A simple pitched roof.
