In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
A double story house with a double garage underneath, preferably must have a seating room, dining room, 1bathrooom,1 bedroom and veranda. The house needed will be an extension to the house near the white car on the left and side and will definitely demolish the rondovel on the left hand side of the house.

Extend my lounge to include an en-suite with a separate entrance with sliding doors opening to to patio and separate entrance to the room , with roof tiles - about 25sqr meters. Then another extension from my bedroom into a walk in closet/study. Adjacent to that is an en-suite with a separate entrance using a sliding door, leading into our garden. Hi, I would like to build a semi detached two storey nutec house on a m² erf. House = 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen and lounge, garage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite and 1 family bathroom) upstairs and then the open plan kitchen and lounge with 1 guest toilet downstairs.
