I need weeding, cutting lawn, clearing weeds from flower beds, some new flower planting, leaf blowing in driveway, flat roof, carport. I own an acre, mainly need top half maintained with perhaps twice a year slashing on the lower half of my property. There is a fence between the two halves, with a gate.
