Stand is on a slope. Additional cellar.Must have water storage facilities in cellar plus be partially solar enhanced and have gas installation for heat and cooking. Large "stoep" with generous roof attached. All cupboards to be built fixed and recessed into walls. Thick walls with built in seating at windows. I need a house building plan
I need a quote on the extension of vibrate wall and extension of the back of the house. My plot is fairly small. The outside wall of the house extends to vibrate wall. The one-room to add walk-in cupboard & the space left to put in build in braai.It must still be in separate space. Let me know if you can assist at least with an extension on the house plan.
