Good day. We are looking to build an outbuilding/ granny cottage for my mum. We are looking at an open plan kitchen and lounge and a bedroom with a bathroom to the side of the bedroom - L shaped building. We think that the size from the kitchen to the bedroom is 12m x 4 and the bathroom to the side is 2.5m x 3. We are looking at building against the boundary walls.
