Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
House and garage was attached via adjoining wall which is currently the extended kitchen and dining room. Roof for the above mentioned currently is waterproofed and shutterply. Additions to be done, remove waterproofing and shutterply, remove garage roof which sits approximately 20sqm, deck both roofs with the possibility of additional room above decking.
I am the owner of House in Edgemead, Cape town, and I am looking to build a storage unit that will provide additional space for my personal Business needs The storage unit I envision would measure approximately [+/- 50 Square meter] and should be designed to withstand the local weather conditions. I want to do full renovations on the kitchen and the bedrooms. Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.

Heritage House that needs to be repainted the roof , kitchen to be done at commercial level it about 12 sqm , the floors a wooden deck like floors most needs to be repainted and about 20 sqm needs to be replaced. Verandas of about 80 sqm needs stoep resurfacing. Tiling of another sqm indoors including 3 bathrooms . About 45sqm of roof rafters and zincalum to be replaced and painted green. About sqm of painting. The project will be government funded and from experience it takes about 7 days for invoices to be paid
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
Approximately sqm to be painted. Top view is sqm but with the pitch 35 degrees and which makes the paintable area approximately sqm. Also need the gutters, facias and downpipes to be painted. The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.

I need a small single wall built and two bare walls plastered. I need two doors installed. I need the remaining walls cleaned up and skimmed. And then a little bit of patching and fix-up. Once the walls are ready we can discuss future work like painting, tiling, waterproofing and installing a shower, etc.
