Hello. I have just bought a home in Riebeek West and was told that there are no problems with the roof. Unfortunately it is leaking and when looking at the ceiling it looks like it has been happening for a long time. I would like to find out if it has been a problem for a long time and I would like to have it sealed too.

I need help paying of my existing debt please as I was under debt review and the debt counselor didnt pay my creditors for 6 months so I had to sell my vechicle to pay all those missed payments and settle them i didnt have enough funds to close them all im only left with 2 accounts i am no longer under debt review that's why i want to do this and also open my cash more to accommodate paying back the loan when my debt is settled I can give the 2 accounts that I want settle there no need for funds to get paid into my account..once that's done I want to get a vechicle that's my first priority right now...all my accounts is up to date ive been paying my creditors myself the last couple of months all Im asking is just for a little help ive been diong the best I can the last couple of months now im at a point where I just need that extra little help so I can move foward in life ive been in the same place for almost 2 years now not moving forward the help will be much appreciated and ill be so greatful ive been struggling so much and to get help is extremely difficult..my bank account got hacked last months the bank didnt help me with funds of lost so I had to take small loans to pay my debt is didnt have a choice and i didnt my accounts to go into arrears my credit score is average I probably won't qualify everytime I reach out for help then I get told about debt review i am not overindebt bad luck has just been hitting me from all sides.. I am usually auto assessed by SARS, but was retrenched last year. Started working again in Jan . Problem is my current employer deducted tax and uif, but on request he said there is no IRP5 for Jan and Febr as the "auditors" only registered me in March , he wanted to give the money back to me, I refused. I had confirmation cc is not even registered for workman compansation. I suspect tax is still not even paid over to SARS. I need assistance with efiing/ Sars and possibility that cc must be reported with SARS & workman compensation.

I purchased a house valued under R50, in of a deceased individual who had no children and was not married at the time of his passing. The sale was administered by his nephew and sister, as the property had been left vacant for years. Unfortunately, during that time, it caught fire while being occupied by some nyaope smokers, resulting in severe damage. I have already transferred over 65% of the agreed purchase price, with the remaining balance to be settled once the deed transfer is completed. However, upon attempting to register the property at the deeds office, it was discovered that the deceased had been married twice. Since then, the sellers and I have been trying, without success, to locate the surviving spouse. One of the spouses has been confirmed deceased with no children, but the other could not be found. When the sellers visited her last known address, they were informed that she and her family had relocated years ago, and that she had remarried. Over the past three years, we have exhausted all possible resources to make contact or locate her, but unfortunately to no avail. We are now hoping you might assist us in concluding the purchase and facilitating the transfer of the deed so that we can finally resolve this matter .
I have started a new job. My previous employer is paying out my days that I worked but are deducting leave days that they say I have used to much. I started their in 31st October and ended 11 September . I worked 6 days a week and had 18 days of leave per year. My first year I took 14 days. My second year I took 11 days. According to me I had 4 days left but now they are saying my leave is per financial year,but my contract says per completion of service over 12 months which I believe is everything 31st of October but now they are saying the leave I was entitled to is from 1st of march until the 28th of February.
