I would like the fence to be meters on two sides and meters on two sides. I would also like to have 4 meters rolling gate at one corner. Wiring of a section of a house. The section will have 2 DB's, 2 geysers, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with en-suites, 6 other rooms. There rest of the house will be done at a later stage. We dont have any alarm system i just need a alarm system to get the security out to our plot as this is now the second night in a row that they are braking in on our premises. They also lifted the green box off our meter box that is at the outside of your yard to tri cut the electric cables. It should actually be a combine quote it is actually one large property divided into two. Do not know if this will change anything on the quote.

Good day, I am searching for a security patrol team for our area in Pretoria - Kwaggasrand / West Park. The community wants to get patrol security for crime prevention, visibility, tactical response to incidents and reporting of incidents to SAPS when such response and/or apprehending of suspects occurs. Basically, creating and maintaining a safe environment. The cost is not for 1 single household but rather the community therefore the cost will be a joined monthly effort by the community; the quoted amount once approved will be divided between the households. The idea is to have a single bank account that the residents pay into monthly along with their reference number. I will be the go between and take up any cost inaccuracies with the community. There is buy-in from the community and we’re ready. Please do let me know if this is something you do, you are willing to do, if you have the capacity, and if you have any input on how we can best work on this. General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. Small oil drips on the driveway need to be cleaned 6. Top kitchen corner cupboard has mould inside and the backboard needs to be cleaned or replaced 7. Inside doors needs to be fixed ( door handles and fixes loose door panelling and repaint) 8. Remove stains inside toilet bowl 9. Repaint lounge/dining room area with white paint (standard room size) 10. Check if fireplace is blocked and the cowl on the roof moves freely 11. Kitchen cupboard doors - check if hinges need adjustment and tighten loose knobs or replace missing knobs 12; Laminate flooring edging that is damaged needs to be replaced 13.
