Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap.
