It’s a small Stabkes sized building that is 9m x 4m with an apex of 3.5m. It will have a bathroom, and open plan room that will be used to live in until a later stage when it will be converted to a horse stables. I have my own plans and the land down not need any plans to build it. It is rural ficksburg.

I want to break out one wall to make provision for shower, needs a bathroom door to be installed, break out of existing wall tiles and floor tiles. Re-tiling of 2 small bathrooms to ceiling and installing of new floor tiles, new bathtub, toilets and vanity/basin combo’s, break out of current kitchen tiles, moving of current sink to washing room, smoothing of walls in washing room, new ceiling in washing room, breakout of few cupboards, instaliing of new cupboards which must be discussed, installing new floor tiles. Painting of house inside celings, walls, doors and skirtings. I do have all the taps, new bathtub, vanity/basin combos, tiles and toilets.
My wife and I would like to convert the garage space into a two story 2 bed 2 bath self contained flat. Top floor of the garage is already being used as a 1 bed 1 bath accommodation. Bottom floor is presently operating as a beauty parlour. We have tried to draw “plans” to give an idea of what we would like but need professional advice and professional plans that a builder could use , also to meet local approval etc.
Could you please let us know if you’re able to replace the door handles with the ones we already have in the office? If not, could you kindly provide a quote for replacing the two doors with matching handles, so that all the doors are consistent? Additionally, could you advise on the turnaround time for either replacing the doors or the door handles?
Hi. We would like to have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with a build in braai and space for a pooltable. It would be nice if the kitchen can have an island with a gashob. There should be a pantry, scullery, 4 garages, 4 rooms and at least 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom must be en-suite for the main bedroom. I want my bakery to be part of the house, it should have a double door and 3m x 6m or 4m x 6m should be enough. Thank you
