looking for the best design for 8 clusters on a m2 plot
We currently have a plan which is sold with the property and would like some revision/updating to this existing design.
We like a review of our current plans in a sectional title property. We would like to understand more what is classified as our property vs next door
must include submission and approval of plans at the Plumstead Municipal Office.
Small dwelling.. open plan kitchen/ dining & longe .2 bedroom- main bath .

We have been informed that we need to submit new plans to show ALL GARAGES & LOUNGES (singles & double/doubles) changed into double en-suite bedrooms, with the new plans to show new drains, ALL electrical points, windows, ventilation points etc., etc.. 3 properties...2 x 5 bedroom & en-suite properties with 2 x 2 double/double garages and 1 single 1 each as well.... The 3rd building is a 3 double bedroom & en-suited property but it appears to only have 1 x double garage. There are also 3 chalet style bedrooms in another part of the estate that share 2 bathrooms, that we wish to change into 2 x double en-suited bedrooms instead, which will need to be accompanied on the plans also... Please advise on the amount of work that would be required for us to attempt to do this by a builder (approx), the cost for the new plans that would be submitted, and the cell No. of any builders that you have worked alongside previously. If you are aware of the timescale from submitting and granting / refusal as well please... If we achieve all we seek on this estate, there are written offers in the process of being submitted to 4 other properties that are nearby or in Jay-Bay... WE DO NOT have a written offer in place yet, but we hope to rectify this very soon as we intend returning VERY soon to the Jay Bay area in order to arrange plan submission, builder start-dates, costs, etc., etc...
