Good Day. Trust all is well. I have a piece of land, near a mountain bottom end. I want to build a Timber house, Tongue and groove or similar type of thing.. It will have to be lifted of the ground, as the ground slopes downward. The house is approx 18m x 18m, It is rectangular, but on one side there is a 6m x 9m garage. The size also includes a 2m Covered porch on the long side and one short side of the house. I am looking for, Big kitchen, Scullery, Living Room, Main Bedroom with own Shower and bathroom, Built in Cupboards. There will need to be 4 additional rooms aswell. with a second bathroom added somewhere close to the additional rooms. Main bedroom needs sliding door that leads to the covered porch, so does the living room.
