On Sunday, 7 July, at approximately 13:00 / 13:30 I would like catering for 20 - 30 people (number not confirmed). It should include chicken, 1 red meat (eg gammon) and 3 vegetables. 1 vegetarian meal.
Spit braai for 30 people on the 09 August. Marquee for 40 people on 09-10 August.
We are only looking to hire the spit braai and do our own preparation of the food including the catering. Is that possible?

We are planning a farewell function on the 27th June and expect about 20 people. We need lunch which can include chicken/beef and/or a small portion of fish and drinks. a can of soft drink per person will do. 3 different quotations as per the indication above will be appreciated.
Guests 17 November Time: 16h00 Buffet table of Seafood - Finger snacks which will serve as the starters. ( A Spit braai later in the evening will follow as the mains- already contracted) We would like to have patés, bread, bread sticks, oysters, tuna skewers, fish, prawns, mussels and calamari type snacks. Can you include crayfish tails as a separate item and cost.
