I need to have plans drawn up for a new home in Skulpiesbaai development in Stilbaai. ( ERF STILBAAI-WES) I have attached the building guidelines as well as some pictures of style of home we would prefer. The stand size is m2. The build is for a single story dwelling of m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 garages and a open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
