What are the costs you can expect in your painting project
Hello, we currently have a 3 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom, a lounge + kitchen. I would like to extend into a double story house, with a total of 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms with the (2 bathrooms being ensuite), double garage, a kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, Pajama Lounge. I have attached 2 pictures. 1 being our current house, 2nd picture it's a rough sketch of the new project

I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. Pics of roof can be sent on request via email or whatsApp

Hi Have a loft townhouse - interior higher ceiling with cornicing - we have been trying to painting do bit by bit but this is just taking too long givenOI now work from home full time nee clean and efficient and to be finished in shortest space of time - what s the average time to paint an interior town house
Good day The patio and entrance need to be completed, the staircase need attention and frame need to be installed and clading to be done. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled. House need to be painted inside outside roof and window frames. Driveway need to be change and carport need to be moved to next to house and not in front.

Our house has burned down. And we need to rebuild or get alternative housing on the property. We need a 6 bedroom house, with a kitchen and bathroom. No lounge. Bedroom sizes should all be the same 4m X 4m and the 2 bathrooms 2m X 4m and kitchen should be 4m X 10m. Please will you quote me on this.
Dear Sirs As previously advised we wish to constructions an off street parking area at a private home - this will require excavation work of +-- 60sm ( max depth from 1.2 metres graduated down to street level) wall retention, and the construction of a 'T' shaped carport footprint.
