We have a 7 Year Old Double Story Home on a Farming Estate. We have over the past 5 years bought and replaced some furniture in and around our home, however, are really needing the assistance of a professional to give us some sketches and interior design ideas on the layout of rooms, how to utilize certain spaces as well as assistance with ideas for paint and furnishings to give the house a makeover.
I would like to install reclaimed teak parquet flooring in 3 bedrooms. The existing carpets need to be removed and carted away. The reclaimed parquet flooring need to be cleaned and to be re-assembled before they can be laid. The parquet flooring is the small version. I am a medical doctor and I want to start a private practice. I found a place to rent which is only 1 room, it is 21 square meters in size. it has its own sink and toilet. what I want is for the room to be divided into 2, so that we can have one office and a small reception area for the secretary. I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. Had a quote for my apartment for 15m² of laminate flooring...kronoswiss rigi oak 7mm...dont know if there are still more subcategories of that type. Thought was too much. So seeing what you would charge and if I'm satisfied will take the offer. I want the flooring supplied and installed as soon as possible.
