I currently do have garage doors and carports in front of the garages. My cars do not fit into the garages anymore and are currently standing under the carports but I have big dogs who are not moving between the cars and damaging them so I need some advice on what to do. Our roof has been leaking for the past 11 years. The insurance has fixed it, we have tried fixing it and it is still leaking. We will need to replace the roof completely. We will need some advice with regards to what material to use for the roof. We are planning on getting solar panels installed in future so the roofing material used need to be able to hold solar panels.

We need emergency services. We have a two story home and a window on the 2nd story has completely blown out. It is supposed to rain today and we need to get this boarded up on the outside and inside of the frame and replaced before it rains. The window is located in the front of the house so if it rains, it will be pouring into the house. This is an emergency!!

Should the sizes need to adjust a little to get standard doots that are cheaper then this is fine as well as we still need to break the walls. All of them should be black aluminium. Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.
Good day, i just to find out if you do automative Garage doors with the current door or do you recommend putting in a new door with the automatic system. The size is 4.84 (width) x 2.80 (height). Currently wooden, want to replace with something better quality and automated. Also a “garage door” that is behind the gate, blocking a view of the driveway - same mechanism and door type as the garage door. I want that driveway gate and both garage door gates replaced and automated.
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
We currently have a tiled terrace, underneath is a room. Every year we have to seal the ceiling in this room as humidity comes through the grouting as it gets more and more brittle. We look now for a long term solution. So we would like to remove the tiles and put concrete on (either by you or by our handyman) and then waterproof it, then we would like to put decking on. There is as well the area around the pool (also with tiles) which should be waterproofed (it is next to the terrace). We would like you to give us a quote on that please as soon as possible. Can somebody still come out today or tomorrow?
