I am a hub buyer for ADM Nutrition, and I found your contact on internet showing that you are specialized in the repair and maintenance of roofs. Our factory in Brits needs urgent assistance with its roof as you can see in the pictures. The damage was due to strong wind and it affected 2 towers. The highest is around 23m plus another 10m below it. You can work on 35m heights so you will need a sort of crane for that. Will you please advise of the cost of the repair for this? We would like to create a second dwelling with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms etc. Second dwelling total area according to the plans is m2. I need to know what the cost estimate would be according to the plans attached. The advert has been shared for objections, period ending 7 May. In addition to cost, I need a realistic timeline.
It will basically be a steel structure adjoined to an existing building. So at the end the whole house will be in an L-shape. The new steel structure will have to be a double story with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The ground floor will be the living room. Large steel frame windows and doors on both sides of the steel structure in the length of the building. I would still have to get some recommendations on how and if possible to get the steel structure adjoined to the existing building. I have seen some ideas of a glass structure, but if possible to adjoin the new steel structure without the glass structure I would prefer that. But basically it is currently an old building/house with enclosed stoep, large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - which I want to enlarge to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house with a nice living room space. So the plan is to add the new steel structure next to the existing house, and then add a staircase to the top floor. Would it be possible to assist with a quote? Size of new addition in total: 20 meters long 8 meters wide 8 meters high
So this is a approximately m2 yard, with a small 2 bedroom with open plan kitchen and lounge with small bathroom space RDP house. The house is fully tubed. We want to build a 4 to 5 meter wall on all sides and a nice looking fence in front of the house. We also want to make renovations in all of the rooms i.e: New ceiling all over the house, the walls have cracks so we need plastering and painting, new aluminum windows(5) and doors(2), a small patio in front of the house, 2 one bedroom open plan kitchen and lounge backrooms and paving in most of the yard with a drainage for the rain.

I currently have a single story house and want a double story rooms on ground :guest bedroom with en-suite, guest toilet dining area, kitchen, lounge and double garage, patio and upper floor main bedroom with en-suite and walk in closet, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and toilet, lounge , home office and gym. My property is square meter. I’ve attached a draft plan that needs to be refined by an expert.

SKIRTINGS: Existing skirtings must be re-used where possible otherwise 69 x 19mm harwood formed skirtings to match existing must be fitted between drywalls and floor. All skirtings must be sanded lightly and applied with 1x wood primer and 2 x coats Plascon Velvaglo gloss paint to manufacturers specifications. Colour: To match existing in all aspects.
Large 10 story Apartment building in Sandton - I imagine the size length to breadth and height is in total (including the recesses for balconies / windows etc etc ) sqm ( now remove apartment balconies where there are doors and windows.).
