I want to add a scullery to my kitchen of approximately 6m2. The work will involve building three new walls, adding a doorway in the loadbearing wall, a single window and a tiled roof. I need my 3-bedroom house painted fast! Only 1 coat of paint needed and touching up of skirting boards in 3 bedrooms and 1 living room.
