How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
Conducting Home Renovation Project for a 2 BR, 2.5 bath maisonette apartment. Looking for experienced builder to assist with: 1) Preparation for Demo 2) Renovation compliance and inspections 3) Demolition work 4) Stairwell renovation Please note that I am managing this project so I will not need full service contracting work. Other professionals have been aligned for custom fittings, design work etc. Hoping to begin work as early as the week of April 17th. Only considering experienced contractors with strong references and images of past work. Can provide a more detailed brief and plans and schedule walk through and measurements week of April 10 - 17. I currently have a wooden deck which I would like to convert to concrete and tiles. I have estimated the square meterage to be m2, the ground slopes from level at the top left of the attached diagram to about 1m at the bottom right. The property is in Zimbali, but we are based in the UK. There is a small existing pool in the section without a number.
I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.

Want to build a drywalled spray booth. Size 6 (L) x3 (W) x2.5 (H). There is an existing brick wall for the one side. Two doors 2mt in height. A sealed window on the 6mt wall. To include lighting. To include fans for air in and an extractor for air out. Contractor would have to provide plans to the municipality and get necessary approvals from the municipality. Need this done in the shortest time possible.
I currently have an older flat that I am looking to do a full remodeling on. This includes painting etc. But I wish to focus on the bathroom in particular. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.
Require quotes for a bathroom and separate toilet renovation atm. Once the building plans are in place and approved, we would require quotes for an external granny flat/garage conversion also. Afterwards we would like to also renovate the rest of the main house, but all to happen is stages/phases due to people still occupying the premises.
The client requires 2 bathroom renovations. Bathroom 1 is 7sqm and includes the adjoining of the common bathroom and toilet by demolishing the existing wall between the two and bricking one of the doors. We have water pooling in our back yard and front yard after heavy rains. The water stays for about 3 days after each rain due to slow drainage, and is about half a meter deep. We are wanting a quote to see how much it would cost to put in a drainage system, or how best to rectify the pooling. The start date would depend on costs, our budget, ect.
I want to do full renovations on the kitchen and the bedrooms. This includes kitchen cabinetry, flooring, etc. I am currently in Cape Town but will be returning to the property in round about two weeks time and would like to arrange site visits from the 30th of June to discuss and answer any possible questions.
