The intention is to go up 2 levels on an existing house (Zoning GR 2), creating additional 3x 3 bedroomed self catering apartments , also register sectional title (For possibly selling 3 apartments after 5 years). Maximum utilisation of views required, roof overhangs to serve as veranda/decking/flooring protection, solar electricity solution to provide 10-15kva/hr, possibly grid connected or alternatively, island solution.. Access to 2nd-4th floor is problematic, possibly an elevator system to cater for disabled guests.
