We are importers and distributors of industrial sewing machinery; embroidery machinery and associated products servicing the textile industry within Southern Africa. We are a home based business. We currently have an existing showroom (which was converted from a Hollywood style carport) to display and demonstrate our range of industrial sewing machinery; embroidery machinery and associated retail products. We are moving premises in the next few weeks to months and would need to convert the existing garage on the new premises into a showroom.

Extending front of the house, adding in a gaming room, boundary wall and a garage carport combo and an en-suite bathroom. The back will be an entertainment area and a pool.
Have a slab, with 2/3 brick cavity walls already built from previous plans, and need to complete the extensions. I need a professional who is going to take over from where the other one left off.
I have two bedrooms facing north (front of the house) I want to remodel it as one bedroom with a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). Part of this two-bedroom remodelling must have a connecting corridor that leads to the main bedroom. The current corridor to the main bedroom (also facing north) and another bedroom facing south (back of the house) will be utilized as stairs going up for a bedroom en-suite on top and the same size as the main bedroom. Since part of the walk-in closet of the main bedroom will be affected by the new corridor a new closet space of about 1.5 to 1.8 square meters will be built on the east wall of the current main bedroom. The door of the south-facing bedroom and the main will obviously be relocated to just before the stairs. In the kitchen, I just wish to relocate the door (entrance) of the laundry from facing west (guest lounge and dining) to the north (face instead the family room), which means demolition and rebuilding walls, plumbing and relocating the electric supply.
