Initially we would like a quote for doing some restoration/repair work and a thorough repainting of the main downstairs rooms as well as the 3 bedrooms upstairs - we will have occupancy from 1st of Feb but will be allowed access before that to complete the work. I trust you are well. Please could you quote me on the following. I would like to minimize cost as much as possible. Solar hybrid inverter. Would assume 5kva Solar panels. Would assume 6 panels Lithium batteries. Would assume 2 batteries Installation. I'm looking to be able to have Solar power available throughout the night and recharge and run during the day. I would like to be able to at least utilize a airconditioner and an airfryer as well for a short duration. I would probably need to look at a separate Solar geyser. This is for one person in a simplex. The issue is that sometimes power can be out for over 12 hours at a time and out for extended periods of time as well, so really just need to be covered for these periods.

I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.
