Positions to remain the same All Internal & external walls to be repainted The clients wants to add more scope to the project like redoing the kitchen and adding a small deck off the braai area & improving the entrance. He just needs to know the prices for what the above will cost him before adding additional scope
Hi we are buying a sm piece of land and are looking for building quotes/estimates. We want to do things properly but are open to exploring more cost effective ways to get similar finishes as we want to maximise our budget. Hi, I'm buying a new property, however it doesn't have a double garage yet, but the plans have been drawn up. I would like to build the garage according to the plans, but instead of having the 2 single garage doors i would like one big double garage door that is motorized, there is a door and i think windows on the plans as well. I have attached the plans.
