Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap. Doesnt have to be anything fancy, normal bricks, no paint or fancy plaster, plain cement floors and zinc roof also acceptable. I need to replace my two old garage doors. The doors I have now are tilt ups. They each have motors, which could possibly be reused. I would like to replace them with either roll-up or sectional doors (white).
