In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
The general specifications: 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 2 Garages Pool 1 Dining Room 1 Lounge 1 TV Room Patio/ Entertainment Area I'm looking for something with minimal costs but with timeless elegance and a WOW Factor. I hope this quote will be according to my expectations. Anything under R4M will be greatly appreciated (Though I'd even have much lower).
We are looking at doing a property development project which includes 40 units with 2 design variants. Each unit will be sqm. Project will only start in a few years once the land rezoning has been done, but for now I am looking for estimate costs for budgeting purposes. We will provide rough designs and will need these reviewed and formalised for municipal approval.

Hi. I would like to build a double storey house in the rocky stand. 3 bedrooms on first floor, main bedroom with ensuite. The ground floor to have an open plan kitchen dining and living area. Laundry, guest toilet and double garage also on ground floor. Since the area is on a hill the area is not flat so we need to cater for that.
We wish to build a new modern and functional multi-level family home in Nirvana (polokwane). The house should have at-least 4 bedrooms (all en-suite). .
